This morning I warmed up (of course) then I did 2 200s (with Sierra), ran 4 miles (by myself), did 4 bleachers (by myself), ran up and down 4 hills (by myself), and did some mini hurdles (with Sierra) to work on form. It was a lot, but it was a good workout and it was fun! :) I guess I'll just round it up to 6 miles... but I'm still waiting on that stinkin Garmin! |
