Long-Term Running Goals: -I want to qualify for the Boston Marathon Personal: I used to be a runner in high school, but then I ended up choosing to just mainly focus on soccer. I played at UVU and that was a lot of fun! But now that soccer is over I am setting new running goals! | Today after this high school soccer camp thingy I had, I just ran home! It's almost 4 miles and I was trying to go pretty fast but not too fast. Just a nice, but hard run you know? It took me 19 minutes and 19 seconds, I don't know if that's good or what but it was a fun little workout!! Oh and I got some new shoes!! The Saucony Kinvara2! They're awesome! :) |
