Personal:

I used to be a runner in high school, but then I ended up choosing to just mainly focus on soccer. I played at UVU and that was a lot of fun! But now that soccer is over I am setting new running goals! I am married to the love of my life, Nick Beard, and even though he doesn’t love running, he is my number one supporter in all that I do and my best friend. :)

I'm not sure exactly how many miles it was or how many calories I burned, but I ran for 30 minutes. I did a 50 yard sprint every 5 minutes as hard as I could, and ran the rest of the time at about a 6 minute mile pace, I think. I'll try to wear my garmin for my next run! Then I'll know how far I went and how fast I was going! Then I came home and played soccer for like an hour, but then I had to finish my homework and study for my AP test. So I ended up going to bed at like midnight and waking up at 5:45 for school. But it's alright, it was fun! :)
